Welcome to this Karkinos dedicated Introduction to oral cancer course.
This course provides a systematic overview of the early diagnosis and management of oral cancer through: epidemiology, aetiology, examination and biopsies. We'll begin with a general introduction to cancer epidemiology and build on this in week 2 by looking at oral cancer specifically. We'll then focus on clinical practice and revisit fundamental anatomy and examinations to identify and diagnose oral cancer. Finally, we'll cover oral biopsies.
These modules are very interactive and we expect you complete all activities in order to pass each module.
